RECLAIMING THE INNER LEADER

Is a nine-month circle for women ready to redefine what it means to lead; women who are done with striving and repeating what no longer works; women who know that presence, intuition, and connection are essential as we navigate the changing landscapes before us.

TOGETHER we reclaim leadership [the condition of being one who guides] as an act of belonging, truth-speaking, soul-listening, and creative service.

This is leadership as it wants to emerge from within you - embodied, inituitive, relational and whole.

THE FRAMEWORK

WHO IS IT FOR?

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

This journey is a seven stage process - book ended by an opening and closing session - guiding us towards grounded presence, vitality and wholeness.

We will be drawing on CONVERSATIONAL LEADERSHIP (David Whyte) - an art of courageous presence, where we learn to stop, listen deeply, sit with the discomfort, turn towards vulnerability and face our humanity, and INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS) - a compassionate, therapeutic framework for understanding, acceptance and integration of our whole selves.

This circle is for women who:

  • Feel a pull to lead in a new way

  • Are ready to explore the parts of themselves that have been silenced, suppressed or over-stretched

  • Want to connect with other women in a space of radical truth and tenderness

  • Find themselves at a threshold - in transition, inititation or transformation in life or work

Each session (2.5 hours with short break) includes:

Grounding and somatic practices - IFS inspired inner parts dialogue - deeper conversation and reflection - creative exploration - a facilitated sharing and supportive circle

You will also receive journal prompts between sessions - optional peer connection and WhatsApp group and a closing integration ritual
